Think in a little more fine grained perspective: the arm lobby is managing to convince their politicians to get tax payer money and give it to the lobby.

I have a friend who is Jewish and since 10+ years she shares jokes telling Palestinians are bombers and robbers, and thar Jews are inventors, or telling me that Palestinians don’t even exist. When I counter argue her she gets pissed and says she accepts no moral lessons from anyone.

That’s sad for me, because I only know 4 Jewish person: 2 were very nice but I lost contact, and the 2 others are so belligerent destroy the good image I have of Jewish people.

On the other side, I know some 20 Palestinians and much more Arabs, and all of them except one never said anything bad against Jewish (but of course they don’t approve when Israel kills people).

When my Jewish friend tell me that Arabs hate Jews and I provide her this statistics she gets crazy mad again.

Israel is always throwing tantrums and calling moral adjective when it’s caught doing bullshit. Such an self-righteous country. Spoiled brats.

No wonder they invented God. Might be the expression of their ego and their self righteousness.

They blame even God for their atrocities (God told is to commit genocide against Amalek, God told Moses to kill 3000 people due to the Golden Calf, God told us to kill people working on Saturday). If they blame God for their actions, it’s very easy for them to also blame Hamas or Palestinians for being genocided

Read the current ICJ express rulings. It’s plausibly a genocide, given politicians and citizen’s of Israel statements on this issue, and their actions

Well, I have my own religion for me, but it’s personal and I don’t bring it up in conversations.

For me religions, outside of the personal level, is just a collection of tribal myths. This includes Judaism, Christianism, Hinduism, Islam, any religion, including mine. Religion for me is only valid as a personal experience.

If Torah said God told Jews to commit genocide, for me it means Jews committed it, and put the blame on some power none of them can question.

I’m just saying that for someone who can blame God for their acts can also blame victims for being genocided.

That’s actually a good idea, because when your finger is wet the touchscreen doesn’t work and on touchscreen is more difficult to develop muscle memory, so you spend more time distracted trying to find the spot on screen to touch

I mean I know people who are vegan or religious or atheist which are not annoying, but as you said some people make it a huge part of their identity and it sucks.

Hmm I would not know that they are using an app. Anyway I don’t think we should make any concessions or be scared of those people and adapt to them.

Noone has the right of making you swallow their religious views.
