Who could have guessed that giving strength to the far-right for the past 7 years in order to face them instead of the left in national elections could lead to the far-right winning elections ?
Been using Deltachat for about a year, so far so good. I dunno how secure it really is (never took the time to check) but it’s been reliable. Multi-device was kinda quirky at first but has gotten better.
So if I read this correctly, big changes means doubling down on breaking the pve promise and (finally!) decoupling the available characters pool from mtx.
I picked it up last week, and I’m having a great time - although I suck at it, the ambiance really clicks for me and the pace is good enough to keep me interested even if I spend one hour on a single ennemy (looking at you chained ogre).

Meloni is a trash politician who pushes Italy towards fascism, but I find it appalling that she’s being degraded specifically as a women this way.
There are enough valid criticisms and enough ways to satire her shitty views without sexualizing without her approval.
I hope she loses in all the other domains but I hope she (and all the other people who have to go through this kindof stuff) wins this thing.
As they are a small studio, they did not have the money to buy all dnd licensed content upfront (Wizard if the Coast makes it quite expensive). When the game was a success, they added dlcs for additional races/classes they could now afford.
Lost Valley and Palace of Ice add new campaigns (they are ok but I enjoyed the base campaign more).
If having all the races and classes from official dnd content matters to you, I would recommend the Unfinished Business mod (you can find it on nexusmods). Personnally I played the first campaign with the limited options from the base game and I still had a real blast :)
Dunno if it’s on sale, but Solasta Crown of the Magister is a great dnd game made by a small studio. It’s much shorter, but imo the general mechanics are really good and the use of height in combat is better than in bg3.

I spend a lot od time fixing things that I broke because I like it and it’s a hobby for me.
I installed Linux Mint Debian Edition on my SO’s laptop last year (old thinkpad t470) and I haven’t had to do anything about it since then. The installation process was easy, I didn’t bother changing the defaults and just clicked “Next” on most of the steps.
Can you share with us the hardware you’ll be using ? In most cases it’ll be easy peasy, but some stuff is known to cause issues that we might be able to identify before you start your journey.
