Just wondering what people are using to meet the 2FA requirement GitHub has been rolling out. I don’t love the idea of having an authenticator app installed on my phone just to log into GitHub. And really don’t want to give them my phone number just to log in....
Looking up guides on how to install wine can vary. Some say, “sudo apt install wine” and others have you install the 32 and 64bit versions. My machine is 64 bit, but some guides tell you to enable 32bit....
Being on a rolling release I get a similar feeling, it just works and any noticeable bugs gets fixed pretty shortly
even upgrading to KDE 6 was hilariously smooth, almost scary
I think most issues with KDE are from fixed point release distros which just don’t bother with backporting minor bug fixes

why do I get this message to upgrade to ubuntu pro after sudo apt upgrade?
this never happened before, it’s also not happening ion my backup computer (same OS, xubuntu 24.04)....
