Gonna preface this with I didn’t watch because it was always going to be a shitshow.
But Biden didn’t “win”- there was no “win” to be had.
It doesn’t matter if he scored more points or managed to call Trump out or got some good one liners. The people that most need to hear them won’t. The sound bites will be edited to play to respective audiences, and that’s that.
There is no “win” here.
At the end of the day, Biden got into a pissing match with a giant orange turd; he looks a fool for the effort. America looks a fool for entertaining this.
Yes. It he also said he was confronted by a locked door he thought was normally not locked, which kinda made him look an idiot.
He probably would have had it play better if he just came out and said why he did it
(Although, I’ve seen it happen enough times as a security guard. Fire pulls shouldn’t be immediately next to a door- those should be emergency releases. But those shouldn’t be on the locked side of the door, and fire code would suggest an ability to always get out is kinda sorta important.)
The reason they do nothing is that most people have a reasonable diet that hits all the micros. It doesn’t even have to be a stellar diet, or even vaguely “healthy”, per se.
If your diet already includes the micros; then your body just shits or pisses them out. If you have an actual deficiency in something, it’s probably not diet related and more to do with uptake. Either way, that’s a conversation for you and your doctor, not a pill pusher advert
