It’s a really small place and the closer one lives to it the more likely I’ve seen people be able to get it

Because the radioactive bits need to be handled by trained and trusted personnel because if those bits fall into the wrong hands they can be used for some horrible shit

If he hadn’t demonstrated his incompetence earlier I’d think it was intentional.
