Whatcha all been playing? I’ve been playing a ton of Mario world ROM hacks, including some kaizo ones. Also started doing my oblivion playthrough again!
I played that a few years ago, but I just finished Ys 9 a week and a half ago. I agree with your assessment of the story arcs. Lots of “wtf is going on?” for the first 75%, but when everything comes together it’s at least unique.
And then you have to kill god because it’s a jrpg.
