M500, to gaming in Baldur's Gate 3 leads BAFTA Games Awards with 10 nominations

This game was weird for me. I genuinely got addicted to it, but got burned out near the end of the second act. I just ended up putting the game down once I got to the third act.

I really loved it, but I had enough of it for the time being.

With that being said I think the game is like 10/10. The voice acting was flawless. The devs were responsive to feedback. I’ll totally day-1 purchase this studies future releases. They earned it.

M500, to 196 in Living Wage Rule

I don’t want an extravagant life, I just want a stress free life.

Let me have a modest house and enough passive income to pay for utilities and food.

I don’t mind working, but I don’t want to have to stress about not having these things.

M500, to 196 in Shitty digital door(ule)

I think it’s about keeping the inside items labels facing the front and looking clean and maybe better than the actual product looks on the shelves.

Kind of like how a burger looks better on the ads than in real life.

Now you don’t have to make sure everything is stocked neatly. But I think they are bullshit and will not buy from them.

M500, to games in Valve gives kudos to “amazing” Steam Deck competitors

You mean the usb-c cable?

I just use whatever is laying around. It doesn’t bother me.

Yeah the oled is like a mid generation refresh.

Battery life isn’t too important to me as I only play at home, so chargers are basically everywhere.

But I’m sure the screen is a big improvement. But I’ll get it when the next steamdeck comes out,

I got the no -oled like a month before th announced it. But I I’ll wait for a bigger upgrade before buying a new one.

I love my steam deck so much. When a second green comes out, I’ll probably pick it up on day 1.

I know don’t get things on day 1, but I live in a third world country and we get everything delayed, so it’s not really day one.

M500, to lemmyshitpost in Musical Genius

The music teacher at my high school always said that Eminem is a musical genius.

M500, to 196 in No games rule

Maybe you’re just depressed…

Joking!

I’ve been the same way with some games, I just feel like I’ve seen enough and am ready to put it down.

M500, to games in Sony misses PS5 sales target as console enters ‘latter stage of its life cycle’

At this point the only console I’d consider is a Nintendo console, but I’m actually thinking about skipping it this time around. Or at least waiting until there are a bunch of games for it.

Usually nintendo consoles get emulated pretty quickly, so maybe I’ll skip it altogether this time. But I guess let’s see what they release with it.

I agree. Maybe it’s because all the games can play with lower graphical settings on older PCs. My desktop was mid-tier in Xbox one days, and has about the same performance as a steam deck. I don’t think there are any games I can’t play.

That’s kinda what I’m thinking too.

It’s going to be weird seeing them introduce next gen stuff at some point. Already my steam deck is like a high end Xbox one and I’m happy with graphics and performance. I can’t imagine seeing any noticeable changes in graphics in the ps6.

It’s so weird that these consoles are in the latter stages of their life. Was it just this generation that was weird or am I just getting old?

It seems that they are not as popular as the Xbox one and ps4 were. Maybe I just checked out of modern gaming.
