A new trailer for the Gex Trilogy has been released, featuring all three console games developed by Crystal Dynamics. The collection includes Gex, Gex: Enter the Gecko, and Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko, starring the anthropomorphic gecko protagonist. Pre-orders are set to begin in autumn 2024 with availability on Nintendo Switch,...
It’s a fun game with some nice visuals but for whatever reason I lose interest fairly quickly. Like it’s a nice little Saturday afternoon game - I’ll have some fun with it and then move on to the next thing. Worth the $5 or so it goes on sale for quite frequently
Hello all! I have an amazing modded GBA that I purchased through an eBay builder who was wonderfully communicative and built my console exactly how I wanted it....
So I had this problem on my modded GBA, my solution was to ever so slightly loosen the screws on the dpad side of the shell. Turned out I was over tightening them
If you’re feeling confident to open it up you could try loosening the screws a little that hold the board to the shell on the Dpad side too. I’ve had to open mine quite a bit to get it right lol
I picked up a Vita recently. So far, Gravity Rush is the only game that I definitely want to play. Any other recommendations? I’m pretty open with genres, as long as it’s something with a story.
Check out the Ys series on PSP and Vita, they are some of the best games I’ve played through on my Vita. Digitalemelas.com has a lot of really good info on it.
Yup you nailed it, think classic top down Zelda but with more fast paced bump combat/hack n slash combat depending on which game you’re playing, and less puzzles. Don’t be ashamed to use a walkthrough for Ys 1 and 2 as they are originally made in the late 80s/early 90s and have some obscure elements to them (find a boss before getting x item and you will get one shotted/ won’t be able to damage him, etc)
Yeah he’s one of my favorites, I think he had a pretty rough year last year and you could see it in his content but it seems like things have been better for him lately - his Japan videos are really cool.
If this device had the OnionOS/GarlicOS experience it would be the perfect device for me. Regardless of that it comes with me every day to work. It’s the best vertical form factor for longer play sessions IMO. Just wanted to show some love!

Someone posted their fixed up NES earlier. Here's a pretty awesome ASMR-styled restoration of a Super Nintendo (youtu.be)
