It is bias laundering though. They hide behind an “objective” algorithm, which was trained on a huge dataset of past biased hiring decisions.

I don’t know what happend the last few years with Lunduke, but it seems like he went down the conservative/conspiracy rabbit hole and now I don’t trust anything he writes anymore.
