Hi everyone! I’m testing maloja as self hosted scrobble in companion with navidrome. So far, so good! The only thing I couldn’t get working is proper redirect for images to be shown in the UI. I have it at domain.com/maloja but that’s no supported, so I had to add some rewrites as described in one of the issues....
I could not recommend AnySoftKeyboard to my mum. I could recommend Florisboard, tho....

As part of the effort of making a “Chromebook-like” secure, autoupdating, cloud-native, “unbreakable” (but still free and privacy-friendly) Distro, I would like some of your recommendations on especially secure software, that could replace common ones like File managers, Archive Managers, PDF reader, Image viewer etc....

For those that aren’t familiar, Anki is a very popular multi-device flashcard app with spaced repetition. It’s one of those FOSS apps that’s fairly popular even outside the tech/FOSS community, and it is used by a lot of (most?) med students, pre-med students, etc. It’s definitely the best flashcard software out there....
After getting a comment from the creator of kanata (an awesome piece of software by the way) that he found my story amusing, I figured that I’d also post it here, partly as fun, partly as a cautionary tale. Also, I’d appreciate any tips as to what to check for in my system, it’s a weird feeling to know that some stuff...
