lobut, 2 months ago (edited 2 months ago) I’m all seriousness everyone, take many breaks and there’s lots of wrist and hand stretches online. Also, a vertical mouse have helped my carpal tunnel. If you don’t know what that is, use the Magic Mouse for a little while and it’ll kick in.
