Israeli citizens are blocking trucks with bouncy castles and protests, the IDF isn’t exactly pushing all that hard to let the trucks past the protesters.
Hundreds of trucks a day were needed before these attacks and the Israeli genocidal response. After the ICJ initial ruling said Israel had to get more aid into Gaza there has been less aid getting in.
Children are going to starve first because they were in the most precarious position compared to adults. There will be a balance point and when they get on the other side of that balance point the number of people dying from starvation is going to exponentially increase.
“we don’t want to live on the blood of our children”.
No one is named, no images of the people they talked to, no author (this is the big one), no mention some were killed in stampede, no mention of warning shots or why Israel claims they fired (because there is no doubt they did fire shots and people were killed by gunfire). No images of the scene, graphics, anything.
It is written to paint Israel as bad as physically possible with no way to check references, authority and research done by authors, no mention there is ongoing investigation into the causes. No discussion of the currently debated timeline. Its implying little more than Israel put a truck somewhere and shot everyone around it.
No mention that Israel put out a statement saddened by those killed in the stampede that Israeli soldiers tried to control - i think its bullshit but it did come out.
It is a non factual, emotive, biased piece that can not be cross checked in any way. My response is longer than this piece, and has a trackable account linked to it.

I wouldn’t name my journalists if they were writing about Israeli war crimes…you know what with the state sanctioned murder of journalists going on over there.
Logical, but it also makes articles impossible to validate. Ignoring the lack of author, who did they talk with, how did the situation develop, what are the facts of the situation? Did Israel just park a truck somewhere and pop everyone that came close?
See, I’ve been following this conflict since it started and I still have no idea if anti Semitic is implying pro Israeli or pro Palestine.
Because everyone who used it puts it our as an insult and comments have no facts or actual arguement behind them. It seems be be almost a “sentence enhancer” that gets sprinkled on poor comments to give them some flavor and depth.
So, is democracy now a reputable and unbiased source of accurate information and facts, or is it an option piece that serves to push an agenda?
You were very happy quoting all those articles that manufactured consent for israels Genocide which later turned out to be completely fake. Those were not just loaded with biased language but straight up lied about facts.
But now Palestinians are really being starved to death by Nazi israel suddenly we’re having a “bias problem”.
have you read news articles in the past few months at all? It’s so one-sided, that “But, do you condemn Hamas?” literally became the sarcastic description of how one sided coverage is.
So, if you don’t trust a news resource, join some of the Palestinians on instagram, and make your opinion based on actual footage.
While I’ll grant you this article is more of a stub than anything else, democracynow is a HIGHLY credible source known for factual reporting and has been for years now.
