They probably removed the web browser because the PS3, and PS4 have both been hacked through it. So instead of fixing the exploits they just said screw it and just removed it.
Funny part is, the browser probably exists in some aspect, probably through the manual section or something like that. So the PS5 will provably also be hacked through the WebKit. Lol
