Somehow I disagree with this. I hate to say it but Mario is easily the most iconic video game character of all time. I’m not even a huge Mario guy, but come on.
Just to be clear, this was an elderly Palestinian man cowering under a bed who came out with his hands up and was murdered by an Israeli soldier who brags about it after.

Been trying to get into final fantasy XIV because of a friend. Kind of fun and I like that I can customize the HUD and the control scheme between the in-game systems and the steam deck controls. I feel like I’ve tried MMOs in the past and didn’t enjoy them, but this one seems all right.

I’ve been bouncing between Red Dead 2 and Cyberpunk (don’t have the new DLC yet though, was going to clear all the base gigs first). I love the open world whiplash I’m getting between these two amazing character driven stories.
