Yeah, and he went away not because they voted him out but thanks to Soviet weapons.

Dude, he’s old, obese and doesn’t take care of himself. If he wins he might not even end his term before his heart gives out.

Just use reader mode, it bypasses all that shit.

The problem with starfield is not technical but that the writing is pretty crappy in general. Technical or feature problems can be fixed (cyberpunk or no man’s sky did it) but the story can’t be extensively rewritten without making it a different game.

It’s the kind of thing that the more you think about it the more flaws you find. The stories from the different factions also feel very disconnected, like Skyrim’s. Everything seems to exist in a vacuum).

But don’t take me for my word, if you already have it play the game and see if you enjoy it, that’s what’s important.

I didn’t know this. Which games did it?

I tried playing the two original Baldur's Gate games on Ubuntu. It's hell.

Long story short: I am absolutely inexperienced with Linux distros but made the switch from Windows a bit more than a year ago. Right now, everyone’s talking about Baldur’s Gate 3, including a lot of the podcasts and shows I follow: since I never experienced the OG games, I wanted to try them out. They were on sale on GOG,...

This may be dumb, but if you can run a switch emulator maybe you can play the switch versions? It’d work like a compatibility layer.

I have a feeling that if you worded it differently you’d improve the dating thing. If instead of “yeah, I like gaming” you said “my sons love videogames and we’ve been bonding a lot this way, it’s been a nice hobby to get all of us closer” the non-gamers might be able to empathize more and keep the conversation alive.
