I definitely feel sick after 30 minutes of PSVR2. It doesn’t matter which game. It’s just anecdotal but there’s also the issue where none of the VR games come close to the quality non-VR games. The PSVR2 is getting less use than my Switch.
GPU makers are still adjusting to the crypto crash that artificially created demand for their product. They’re letting the customers lower prices by not purchasing overpriced products.
Also, GPU’s only recently dropped to MSRP on store shelves so the current trend is for things to go back to normal.
I own it. It’s an okay game with very nice visuals.
It’s definitely stuck in the open world game design from the PS3/360 era. I kind of wish a developer with CRPG experience like Larian or Obsidian would do something with the CP2077 IP. I don’t think CDPR will ever progress past Witcher 3.
Hopefully, this is the game that taught a lot of people that there’s a lot of money to be made by shamelessly lying to customers and that video game ”journalists” will happily lie to their own followers.
The video game industry is full of scumbags. Hello games, Activision/Blizzard, Tencent, Ubisoft, CDPR, Bungie and many more have exploited players to make massive profits.
Is this PCgaming news or Activision/Blizzard marketing trying to salvage their sinking massively monetized ship?
Edit: for the record, I own a copy of the cash register that is Diablo 4. It will be the last Blizzard game I will ever buy as long as their policy of making the game just be a store. That pretty much means I won’t be buying another Blizzard game. I’ve gone over a decade without touching any EA so I know it won’t be difficult.
Theres better but there really isn’t cheaper. An Xbox Series S is $300. That’s a controller and a very relatively good APU even if it’s artificially limited.
I have a MiSTer FPGA and it definitely cost more than $300 and it cannot emulate anything newer that PS1 or Sega Saturn.
MS is using monopoly tactics to carve itself a huge portion of the video game market. They already own dozens of IPs that they have no intention of ever using.
