They’re not wrong that democracy’s under threat. But maybe the threat’s from the guy who has literally said he’s going to murder political opponents - y’know, the guy they support.
The person on the left is carrying bags, the one in orange is a delivery driver and a couple of people are wearing backpacks. Aside from car brained, Damaris is also blind.
For Australians: they mean American opossums, not Australian possums. Our cute little marsupial friends have appropriately wrinkly brains, thank goodness.
Russia to Hire Contract Soldiers in Bid to Avoid Unpopular Draft. Russia is preparing to enlist more contract soldiers as it presses its invasion of Ukraine, aiming to avoid at least for now another mass call-up that could undermine popular support for the war
And then there’s the sad story of Melbourne’s Waverley Park, a large stadium which they built in an area with no decent public transport. What happens when you build Melbourne’s largest stadium with >100,000 capacity, and also a large but inadequate 25,000 car spots and no usable public transport?
It was never filled since they simply couldn’t get enough people to it. Also even then it apparently took hours just to get out of the parking lot after a game. It ended up failing as a stadium and being converted into housing years later.
I honestly don’t know why people go to restaurants in the US. I don’t want a guilt trip from the waiter with my expensive meal. Talk about a buzz kill.
My sister had a friend who lived in a lesbian community. Oh my God the drama. I heard about it third hand and it was wild the number of crazy public screaming matches that happened and people who couldn’t ever be in the same room as other people etc.
“Men is too headache”?
Try putting a bunch of women together and see what happens.
It was actually a small town which was known for its lesbian community. ie. Just a place with a larger than normal number of lesbian living there. The town was known for being lesbian aware and lesbian friendly in general - which isn’t something you can say of everywhere.
It’s almost like people are incapable of comprehending that all types of pollution are important, not just one or the other. Exhaust emissions are bad. Tyre pollution is also bad. Reducing one is a good step. Reducing both would be even better.
