Finishing the weekend with two stouts. The first is a fairly subtle oak aged version with good balance. The second is an explosion of dessert flavors like coconut, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon and almond. Obviously, I'm saturated now.

A gifted brew.... Not something I would buy myself as sours need to be sour.... But A+ for the effort, the gesture is much appreciated, @eswoooo 🤗

Fruity & sweetness with a subtle level of sourness, but not as sweet as I was expecting.

"Garage Project and Duck Island bring you Ambrosia Ice Cream Sour. Creamy lactose, oats, wheat, sour cherries, raspberries, marshmallows and chocolate nibs all go into making a sweet tart ice cream sour....."

Drinking a Bruery Elevage (2020) - Sour Tripel Ale with Roussanne Grapes aged in Bourbon Barrels - 14.1%

Not super sour. The tripel and bourbon barrel help to balance this nicely.

A beautiful classic West Coast IPA from France, a mix of a thin Doppelbock with Beerenburg and a Baltic Porter that mostly smells like leather and wood.

Drinking Speciation Artisan Ales Recombination - Wine Barrel Aged Sour w/ Aronia, Orange & Pomegranate - 9%

Pomegranate and wine barrels are definitely at the front of this one. Definitely got some pucker to it.
