GBU_28, 5 months ago Cast iron is super easy to clean. I just lightly scrape out the big stuff then boil an inch of water in it. The rest lifts off. A quick scrub with an unsoaped (read, a tiny bit of soap remains) sponge and a wipe down with a dishrag and all good.
