Zaktor, I’m surprised that’s even something that can be appealed. It wasn’t a case, it was just the judge hearing arguments and making a decision.
baru, The judge said it could be appealed. I’m surprised the judge went this far though. It’s a lot about nothing. Seems like either the judge has it out for her, or yet another assistance to delay things.
