UPDATE: after discussion with the Daijishou team, they have updated the list of Players to include 3ds - org.citra.emu - storage access antutu. This Player works out of the box with Citra MMJ StorageAccess_Antutu and renders the following process unnecessary. Just update the 3DS Platform and the new Player will be available....
