To be fair that isn’t a security issue, that’s a material storage and workplace safety issue. But it is also always everyone’s job to keep an eye out for safety
It’s a shame Pulaski had left the Enterprise. Being the Federation’s foremost expert on Klingon spinal injuries and who had already cured several Klingons of the same injury would have made it much easier on Worf.
