I don’t trust people who use misleading language. I’m fine with buying or using closed source or source available software, but don’t call it open and don’t say your ‘F’ is for Freedom.
Yeah, I wasn’t talking about Floorp in particular. In fact, I read ‘Open Source’ from the Lemmy post title and attributed that language to Floorp itself.
After checking the project, I agree with what you’ve said here. Thanks for your thoughts
Hmm…an intriguing take. I’ll get it loaded up on my server (through LEGAL and OFFICIAL avenues) along with the next generation. So if it freaks me out I can jump ahead to TNG
I really love classic scifi short stories like those from Ray Bradbury and Isaac Assimov. I also enjoy a lot of the works from Frank Herbert and Robert Heinlein. Recently really enjoyed the three body problem trilogy.
I guess I mostly like scifi with philisophical overtones, hard or soft, serious or silly doesn’t matter.
Yeah, thanks for your thoughts. I’m not one to “pick my own adventure” with a TV show, and I’m of the opinion that “Bad” episodes are usually just controversial.
For example, Mecha Naruto is a famous Naruto filler episode. Many consider it a complete disgrace to the series - since it’s dumb as hell and completely weird. However, I personally love it.

I don’t say this to be flippant, but rather because some people need to understand that there are real problems in this world, and this sort of situation is what can easily result from ignoring those problems for superficial reasons such as you don’t like the person who speaks about them, or the specific choice of words they use.

Damn son. He was very clear. I have never seen that document. He even concludes with it:
In conclusion: Be assured that we do not fight for mere killing but to stop the killing of our people. It is a sin to kill a person without proper, justifiable cause, but terminating his killer is a right. You should be aware that justice is the strongest army and security offers the best livelihood; you lost it by your own making when you supported the Israelis in occupying our land and killing our brothers in Palestine. The road to safety starts with the stopping of aggression.
