Only Up! was discontinued by SCKR Games on September 8. The game is no longer available on Steam. In an announcement, the developer mentioned wanting to put the game behind them.
When a copyright holder makes something that was for public sale no longer available, it is not morally reprehensible to find other ways to access it. Once you publish art to the world, you don't get to take it back.
