It’s a super simple requirement:

Be on the ballot in enough states to get 270 electoral college votes.

You must be this tall to ride this ride.

As of June 3rd, Kennedy is on the ballot in 8 states. CA (54), DE (3), HI (4), MI (15), OK (7), SC (9), TX (40), UT (6).

138 potential EC votes, 132 short of what he needs.

He’s waiting on signature certification in 13 more. AK, FL, ID, IA, MN, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, TN, WA.

160 potential votes. So if NY or FL say his signatures aren’t valid, that would be enough to bounce him out of contention.

He can automatically be a write in candidate in 6. AL, OR, PA, RI, VT, WY.

He disqualified himself in NV by having enough signatures, but failing to list a VP candidate.
