Great work! What kind of paint did you use?
UndefinedIsNotAFunction, Red
WarmSoda, I’m so sick of stupid comments like this.
He used black, too.
v1605, Thanks! I use Krylon Fusion Matte spray paint
betamark, Yeah! Great 👍
v1605, Thanks
lazarusluzbel, Awesome, I want to do something similar, but I am not good at soldering.
v1605, The trick is to use a quality iron and practice. You can find practice kits on alliexpress pretty cheap (tiny speakers, radios, bunch of LEDs, etc…)
DarthBueller, And flux. Use quality flux.
SternburgExport, Totally forgot these existed.
v1605, The Jrs are great to mod since they are guaranteed 1-chip consoles.
kratoz29, Such an improvement, reminds me of the Pokedex somehow 😅
v1605, My inspiration was a Pokeball so pretty close
RightHandOfIkaros, If I were going to do this, I would have also painted the top of the raised lettering black, so that it stands out from the red body of the console.
Still an interesting design nonetheless.
