Can anyone pIs point me into a direction or actually has a solution to install on / without getting error of missing -config?

bizdelnick,

You have to replace these lines with something similar to this (change libaacs to libgcrypt everywhere). Then run autoreconf -iv (you must have autoconf installed). It will create a new ./configure script which will work if you did everything correctly.

Refer to documentation.

@bizdelnick thx I will try it.

Jute - Salt - 4.2% ABV. B+ and a bit and a touch. Hazy, juicy, grapefruit, tingly with a refreshing citrus bitter finish

3.4/5. I not sure if I can taste some Coconut in here but this is really refreshing. At 4.2% ABV it’s really sessionable as well. @beersofmastodon

Self hosting kids-friendly multiplayer games on Raspberry Pi 4

I'm working on a little project and I would like to have some multiplayer game that I can play with the kids. Ideally they should be little kids friendly, so no doom or quake.

I tried Minecraft, bedrock but the latency over wifi (and it needs to be over wifi for my project) is really bad.

In an ideal situation, I'd like to have one or more games that

  • Can be played in multiplayer mode
  • Ideally you only need the browser
  • Is relatively lightweight, so can be run on a Raspberry Pi with Wifi

Any suggestions besides the one I mentioned? Maybe some emulator that can be used? Thanks!

@Num10ck that is fine, but I suspect it is not possible to play it in a multiplayer setting via a browser

mhredox,

Definitely possible – check out emulatorjs. There are a few premade docker containers for it, but they were a bit finicky when I tried them. I eventually just ended up writing a react wrapper for it and have it hosted in a docker container. It works great, and will even play psx games without issue.

Doing some "cold-call" business/professional emailing recently, And I feel the specter of

I can't see my emails seeming genuine or real or human.

Formal digital text seems even less human or trust worthy than it did in previously.

The urge to have a phone call is stronger than ever for me (as a millennial that never picks up).

For me, this is new, and I only noticed now and I'm a little disturbed at how AI silently altered my world view despite not really using it

@casualconversation

gila,

It was back around 2018 that I was first learning the ropes in b2b sales, but I do think I felt similarly about people being able to detect parts of what I’d written that were copypasted, not lead-specific. So I just stopped copypasting stuff, wrote short nice genuine emails, opened up to the people that wrote back. Called the ones that didn’t. Always hated phone calls beforehand, but some good experiences on a few early calls definitely eased my nervousness.

I remember the first time I had to call the director of a big competitor, he was like “What was that? I can’t hear you, I’ll have to put the top down. I’m joyriding in my [luxury sports car] right now”. I found that extremely funny and it really broke the ice. And once I was able to be casual with him, I found it easy with pretty much everyone.

It takes two!

Licorice and chocolate, who knew that would work together? Well if it's Moersleutel and Kees, you know it will. Very interesting combination, but very well done. Choco more in nose, licorice in mouth. Some mint in the aftertaste. Thick, filming, heavy.

How are you preparing for Dawntrail?

We only have a week left until early access starts, what are you guys doing to prepare for it? I've grinded out the carbuncle earring from the mogtome event and plan to do the wondrous tails for that extra exp. Also, both my inventory and glamour dresser are completely full, so I'll need to make some room beforehand.. But most importantly, I still need a fitting glam :D

Drusenija,

Thank you ❤️ I’ve played around with Fantasias a little since I finished Endwalker but I always come back to my middie. And my Gyr Abania Plait hairstyle!

MrKarato,

Playing other games. Only kind of a joke. It’s important to pace myself so I don’t burnout on the game too quick.
