As someone from the Netherlands this is nothing new. Right wingers and anti-climate policy farmers have been using the upside down Dutch flag for a long time. Always funny when people from other countries see it:

it has been actually good gameplay, but because EA owns the exclusive licences for pretty every club, player and league, konami can’t really do anything to make it better.
