While Elon’s then-partner Grimes was recording her part in the game as cyborg popstar Lizzy Wizzy, the erratic tech billionaire turned up with an antique firearm to “insist” on being included in the game. “The studio guys were like sweating,” Grimes is quoted as saying. Hey all, the subject is basically the question. Are any of you aware of a mil-sim (or somewhat of a milsim) survival game? I know Arma 3 has some mods, but I just find A3 clunky and hard to manage content for. I am also aware of the chernobyl game, whose name escapes me... but it appears to have trouble running on modern...
The best part of video games back in the day was making memories with your friends, now it all feels like structured fun. “This is how you play the game and this is when you are supposed to have fun” Idk if that makes sense.
I've found that my enjoyment in gaming started to wain last September and by April this year I completely stopped. I've tried a couple of games I used to really enjoy but get nothing from them. Nothing recently has grabbed me. There are a couple coming that I might try but overall I've switched to watching old shows like Star Trek and X- Files and reading.
Will see what the new Trek FPS as the story is apparently very good and the upcoming Trek Stellaris type game are like but honestly I'm not holding out much hope.
As long as we are talking about old games that are still the gold standard, how is it possible no one has recreated the giant-god-monster and city management game Black and White yet?! That game was fantastic, and its premise so solid. It seems ripe for replication in more contemporary engines.
2023 is shaping up to be one of the best years for gaming in ages. From Tears of the Kingdom to Diablo IV to Street Fighter 6, it's already been a pretty great year, with quite a few big-budget releases coming later this year...
Senuas' Sacrifice. Absolutely great game and one of a handful that I have completed. Which is a bad record seeing as I've been gaming on computers since the late 80's 🤣
Elon Musk demanded a cameo in Cyberpunk 2077 while wielding a 200 year old gun: "I was armed but not dangerous" (www.pcgamer.com)

Is it me or are games really not fun anymore

Why does no one make a Black and White-style game? (kbin.social)

Which upcoming games are you most excited for?
