Yep, I saw that line and have zero patience for these people. I have a birth defect that made it impossible for my wife and I to naturally conceive. In our case IVF was the ONLY viable treatment option.
We were lucky enough to be successful and we’re presently sitting at the hospital waiting for the birth of our first child. We plan to have another from our remaining frozen embryos. Our timetable may be moved up though by the threat of a bunch of morons trying to legislate our health and ability to have the family we want.
I’m not sure if this counts as a “patient gamer” because I played them to death years ago…but I’ve been playing both again recently and they’re just perfect little games with a ton of replayability. They’re not retro (FTL 2012, ITB 2018) but they’re old enough to regularly go on sale which is great!...
Dell has got to be one of the most frustrating companies that put out a linux laptop. They put out a laptop certified for ubuntu but then never support newer releases. A big part of their hardware is always proprietary drivers like webcam, fingerprint reader etc… Then you update to a new LTS release because lets be serious...
Even on the Windows side of things they’re frustrating. Company took my perfectly working Thinkpad and replaced it last September with an “upgraded” Dell Inspiron laptop. It’s a piece of crap. Wakes up all the time in my bag, randomly drops wifi, and randomly drops ViewSonic monitors. Official IT solution: this happens sometimes, we don’t know why, and we’re going to send you Dell monitors instead.
*Edit I guess it’s actually a Precision, not Inspiron. I don’t buy Dells so I don’t know all the names!
My error, I just checked and apparently it’s actually a Precision. I don’t deal in Dells so I don’t know all their nomenclature! It’s still been a downgrade though from my ThinkPad.

Happens all the time with patients I see on disability or Medicaid. I had a patient tell me last week about how his social security disability income is tight and we “need Trump back to fix things.” Yeah okay, good luck with that buddy.
