It’s decent. It’s a slow burn, but it’s ok. If you’ve read the novel, you already know the “big secret” of the story, but that’s fine. The visuals are nice, some kind of future sovietpunk thing. I’d rate it 6.5 or 7.
Then you’ll have the full surprise of the story. I hope you enjoy it. And if you do, the book was quite good (also, there again, some of the surprise will have been revealed beforehand).
Running around a bunch of stacked shipping containers in a confined boat surface murdering people with a knife because they are trying to dominate 3 flags more than my team is
Assault and murder, aggravated by doing that against law enforcement (combine), possession of firearms, endangering of civilians, destruction of govt property (those fucking flying blade drones), conspiracy.
And terrorism again, just because of that part before breaking into nova prospekt where you shoot down planes (or whatever helicopter thing it is) from the bridge
Maybe illegal use of drugs too? Just because of the start of the game where you suddenly appear on a train with that really trippy effect
Not to mention trespassing, vandalism (lol I wonder why did they add the graffiti button in hl1), reckless driving (this one’s on me, membrane keyboards suck ass), use of weapons of mass destruction (the rocket in hl1),…
