Why are you using wireless for audio on a game where timing of sound is extremely important?

I’m sure there’s low latency wireless connections, but I use my headphones for more than just games and never experienced a wireless audio connection that didn’t lag behind what was actually happening.

Pointless soapbox, I know, I just don’t understand wireless for most things between clarity, latency, battery, and reliability.

I agree with most of that, but I have been in Phoenix, AZ in ~42°C. Sure it wasn’t pleasant, but I’m not dead.

Edit: For extended periods, absolutely. For AC building hopping, survivable.

In July 2023 in Phoenix on the 20th and 25th it was 119° F or 48.3° C. Not as much an exaggeration as I would like it to be.

It’s regularly 79° F to 107° F or 26° C to 41° C in Phoenix in summer. Lately it’s been hotter (past 5 years)

At those temperatures, dry or wet, it’s still gonna be dangerous.

Not trying to argue here, but the fact those were both last year should be enough of an indication to our political “leaders” that climate change is a major threat.

At those temperatures, it’s dangerous either way with dry having a slight benefit of being able to do mist cooling better than moist (30° F cooling vs 5-10° F cooling), but that requires water… Phoenix is in a desert

This is partially joking, but if they really want to be that obtuse and hate filled then do you really owe them anything? Do what you want, if it’s not what they want you to do then blame it on a thing (not person or group) they don’t like and they will redirect hate to that instead of you. I’m glad you don’t live in the US either. Shits flipping the wrong way everywhere here.

On finding their politics though, you can always find their usernames and just search those and see if they pop up in groups or sites that are anti-trans. Unless they’re well versed in online privacy there are few who could actually make themselves much less visible online

I especially like the volume options for individual podcasts. Some are a standard volume and then others are quiet as fuck and the few are loud as hell.

Knowing these allows me to play different podcasts after another without having to either raise the volume or frantically lower the volume to prevent hearing loss.

I honestly can’t see myself using any other podcast app after discovering AntennaPod
