I’ve been recently been thinking about Arkane Studio’s Prey which is a immersive sim, with a pretty good rogue like dlc, that probably has one of the strongest hooks of any game I’ve played. If you liked Halflife, System Shock, or Deus Ex it’s definitely worth a play....

Edit: KingRaptor helped me figure out it’s a bug in steam’s wishlist. It can bundle games without telling you then shows the combined discounted price....

I love these mechanics. Manually controlling a player character to run around a world doing these things is great for immersion....

I didn’t play any Zelda since Ocarina of Time which I loved. I was expecting to have the same feeling in BOTW but I just can’t get into it....

So i just noticed that when i really like the game at some point i will at once play the game and watch the stream/youtube wideo of the game( usualy speedrun or aome hardcore challenge). Bought Lies of P last night and made it just past the first boss. I know some folks are comparing it to Bloodborne and I can see why they think that (damn chimney sweeps). I do like the game although I wish the dodge was better. Bloodborne had a sick dodge system and this one isn’t quite there....

Has anyone else noticed that Wikis for most games just aren’t as complete anymore?...

We are looking to pick up some more moderators to help out with !games. Things aren’t too hectic moderation-wise; what we really need is those willing to help with some community engagement. Things like helping find relevant news to post, helping construct pinned discussion posts, and the like....

So, yesterday I broke my dominant arm. Yay! For the next 6 weeks, I have a cast, and at least for now, I can’t use my right hand or arm at all (I am typing this with my left hand)....
