The original Resident Evil (1996) has been rated for PC in Europe. Resident Evil was technically already released for PC in 1996, but it's not actually available via Steam or any digital market place.

Huh? I distinctly remember playing that game back then on my PC. Or at least the demo. Hated the controls. So it should be available in some form.

Yeah, CD-ROM for Windows 95. But not on any digital storefront.

Probably not from Steam or other digital marketplace. Most likely you played off the original CD. I don’t think the original was distributed via floppy.
