aubeynarf, 23 days ago if it prohibits voluntary cooperation, probably ok. Involuntary cooperation (subpoena, etc) is compelled no matter what you signed - but I am not sure if an NDA prohibiting it is unlawful. (Though it’s definitely unenforceable)
