The process can be further complicated by sending money through community based organizations. That’s not so with direct cash transfers.

So a UBI would also streamline a TON of government programs like disability, worker’s comp, welfare, etc

People often complain about Oregon’s high state tax but if my taxes are funding programs like these, I’m not complaining at all.
