Hi everyone, I have a plank (v6 I think), and I kinda regretted having the 2u key instead of 2x1u (although I love it aesthetically, I would rather have two keys) Here comes the issue, the stabilizer is board mounted, so I can’t just desolder the switch and take it out, but I would have to desolder everything to remove the...
Hello! Recently, someone asked if our community on Lemmy allows reposts from the equivalent Reddit subreddit. While I have my personal opinion, I dislike unilateral decisions and I believe Lemmy thrives when communities decide their own path. Therefore, I’d like to poll users to make this decision. Please read the case for and...
Regarding Beehaw defederating from lemmy.world and sh.itjust.works, this post goes into detail on the why and the philosophy behind that decision. Additionally, there is an update specific to sh.itjust.works here....
What have you been playing this week? Do you think others might like it?
I'm currently running a poison Rogue build (lvl 39) with the following abilities:...

Skyrim gets some hate these days, since it was first released in 2011 and although Bethesda is supposedly working on Elder Scrolls VI, we've seen practically nothing of the game. However, you have to admit that Skyrim is still around for a reason: it's fun, especially if you mod it, and new mods get released all the time. Since...
First of all, that final battle was a wild ride! One of the phases took me a minute to figure out, but it was so much fun, and really connected with some of the unique themes of this entry....
Hi everyone! Can you suggest an RSS feed reader with a BBS-like interface (terminal-like)? I’m looking for something similar to the NeoModem project (which is lovely and you can find HERE)....
Recently picked up a Lily 58 - loving it so far! Thinking about getting a wrist rest, does anyone have one they’ve enjoyed using?...
When hanging out with friends in discord or whatever, what games do you all tend to sit down and play with one another? For me it's some combination of Valorant, Guild Wars 2, and Omega Strikers but I'm curious what everyone else plays with their friends :)
So I'm currently playing through Pokemon Violet and I am enjoying. However, I've noticed something during my playthrough semi-recently that I've noticed whenever I play any Pokemon game: the level progression. Now in Pokemon Violet, it's open-world and also up to the player as to what path they take and what order they complete...
I enjoy the limited environment, retro-like environment myself. It limits my choices to stay focused on small projects, while providing a fairly robust and modern environment to work in.
Mine is Forza Horizon 4, but i'm hype for The Crew Motorfest!
A game I got on the 14th is still sitting there telling me it has "a pending refund request for this product"....
anyone else here that used to be on r/visualnovels or r/otomegames? i'm playing through jack jeanne right now and having a blast. what VNs have you all been playing/reading lately?
Procedural generation is an interesting topic to me, as it forgoes traditional level design in favor of a bunch of formulas, rules, and random elements to make varied replayable gameplay....
I feel like this game kind of came out of nowhere. We got a few small announcements and then nothing major until close to the release date, unlike the insane marketing blitz that was FF15. Maybe I was just out of the loop....
I'm looking for PC games that I can play while listening to podcasts- games that don't have engaging cut scenes or important dialogue, games that honestly don't require a lot of skill or thought....
Since the reddit community is now private, I want to ask this question again here :) The encoders intrigue me but I just lack the imagination to figure out how to use them for anything else but volume control…
