But you still know it’s that word and read it as that word, all you did was replace the A with an asterisk. It’s odd that it is supposed to help prevent a trigger when the word is still there and very obvious what it is still. It’s not completely blacking the word out so you can’t see it anymore.
I mean, people suffer and die from getting sick from eating produce, or from wheat or rice. I’m sure other non-animal foods too. Wasn’t there deaths recently from eating cantaloupe… and we get salmonella from wheat products… and rice has that bacteria or something that can make you sick even if you cook it properly… There’s no escaping food making us sick, even if we all went vegan.
Even if you don’t include farm workers urinating and defecating in the fields, or contamination from animal agriculture (a lot of North American farms don’t farm animals along side their crops anymore) A lot of it is naturally on the plants or the grains. There’s bacteria and viruses everywhere. I’m saying eliminating meat from your diet isn’t going to stop us all getting sick. Birds, rodents, and bats and insects all still shit on our produce.
Sushi doesn’t last long after its made. But I don’t like food waste so looked up ways to make it taste okay after it’s gone stale or the avocado starts browning and getting mushy. Cut it up with scissors and pan fry it in some oil. It’s not bad. Add veggies or whatever if you want.
Yeah what is that, some pineapple and 2 sad chunks od cantaloupe shoved in the bottom? At least intersperse the two. The berries on top I understand since they’re smaller.
Suicide is contagious. It’s the reason why schools are recommended against having memorial pages in yearbooks and stuff for students who killed themselves. It encourages more suicides.
Yeah I was also really surprised by the contagiousness of suicide. When I first saw the article I linked I thought “how cruel they won’t give a student a space in the yearbook, it would help the grieving family so much”. Then I read it all and it made sense. I feel horrible for those families but at the same time they likely don’t want to be responsible for other families suffering what they have gone through just to have a photo of their child in the yearbook.
I understand where you’re coming from and it’s refreshing seeing someone have the empathy you do for people suffering with NPD. Having any type of mental illness though isn’t an excuse or good enough reason to treat people the way he does, or to damage or harm others like a lot of NPDs do. It’s unfortunate their mental illness can screw up and damage the lives of so many other people around them. I find it difficult to sympathize with them.
