Beautiful work, as always. I shouldn’t be too surprised that much of the community would have joined around the same range. We’ve found our refuge (barring some “internal struggles”) and are better off for it.
I like seeing the transition from early on where he projected his voice more heavily as if speaking from the stage (Stewart’s classical training). Then more softly, but somehow more powerful, as we can assume he’d become more… worldly, I suppose. Recognizing when he was made to suffer fools or was wasting his breath on those that would not hear him. Of course, there were still those moments that brought the demons out of him.
The Cali-class is definitely the forgotten middle child of the fleet. I also rather doubt Dr. T’Ana’s gonna huff it through the turbolifts when the mess hall has a full bar.
