joke is that the guy got a whole meal instead of just a small snack or soda so he must be really spilling some tea.

I’ve seen loads of rooms like this on The First 48. The blackboards could be useful for the interviewee to draw what happened.

Land_Strider, It looks more like a classroom setting with the teacher eating a whole menu during an exam for spite. The blackboard (green thing) and the eraser looks like that.
TheFriar, That’s exactly what I thought. Then I figured maybe he confiscated the food from people that were eating in class and I was thinking how someone would eat a bucket of chicken on the sly. Needless to say I was very confused lol
