Fermented jalapenos with herbs (discuss.tchncs.de)

This year I have lots of jalapenos. Now I want to experiment a little bit. I want to make a hot green sauce with different herbs. A list of herbs I want to use: basil, salad burnet, parsley, cress, chives, borage, sorrel, chervil. Any ideas how to do this? Should I ferment the herbs in vacuum bags seperated from the chillis?...

Second try at making limoncello; the peels were infused for 8 weeks in a locally distilled 45% gin. Used a coffee filter to filter out any impurities, and I think I trapped too much of the oils… leading to a crystal-clear liqueur, rather than the cloudy-neon-yellow I was going for. Oh well. How are you able to cook while working full time through the week? Do you have some kind of strategy? How do you plan your food?

We want to break out of this cycle of ordering delivery but at the same time, cooking everyday has been a challenge. We also have been trying to develop some sort of routine where we meal prep on the weekends but we live in an apartment with a really small kitchen so cooking and storing food for 5 days doesn’t seem doable....
