My current job, I asked what the pay was, they said 'you tell us what it should pay".

So I asked what the range was, and they said “thats not how this works, you tell us what you want” so I said a highish number for me at the time. They’re like “ok, that works”.

Turns out I make 40% less than all my co workers because I didn’t know what the range was commonly for this role. Theor game let me lowball myself. It’s completely BS.

I personally would by a ps6 in a heartbeat, and likely the switch 2. I’ve bought an Xbox one which I sold after the dust on it got too much, and a series x whoch also never gets turned on. 2 gen burns in a row is enough for me to exclude it from my console purchase next gen.

That sucks, but got my kids some cheap quest 2 sets and they’re loving them. I even use them from time to time, and can’t beat that price.

I’m fine with meta losing billions for my kids to have a decent experience.

Worked great on ps5 so far. It came with mods by default, shortened load times significantly, increased the resolution and frame rate. That’s enough for me. Everything else is bonus.

I don’t know if it will improve resolution or load times on ps4 since those are taking advantage of new hardware on the ps5. Might get the new mods though. Those make it look nicer imo.

Lol, free speech doesn’t mean he is free from the consequences. The gag order is there to protect him from breaking the law as much as its there to protect the jurors from intimidation by him. Yea I feel the lag of PS4 has definetly dragged on way too long. They say devs make more money when theybsell on the larger install base but they also prevent the install base of ps5 from growing by selling to the ps4 base as well. You want the new game woth all the new graphics? Get the new console.

Instead game features must cater to the lowest hardware denominator.

She’s saying that not seizing his property,and letting him acquire the funds through alternative means to pay, puts him at risk of being bought. That makes him more of a security risk to the country just so he can keep his assets.

Because the bond is not for his property, it is for 464m in cash. They are saying how he gets the money will dictate if he’s in someone’s pocket.

He can get a loan for the bond. Legally. He could get a loan “from a friend”, legally, but then he might be in debt with that potential bad actor. If he pays with a loan then they can’t go after his property because he paid in full. That’s just how it works.

Currently, he hasn’t done anything but he was trying to get a loan. This article is talking about how they should take his assets instead of letting him get a loan, because if he owes someone else half a billion dollars, he’ll be in their pocket to do as they ask.

The problem was backwards compatibility with PS4. There has been a lot of games for PS5, but they catered to PS4 capabilities so devs could make more bank.

When ps6 comes out I hope it’s a cleaner break from ps5.

There’s been lots of games this gen, but they would be mostly exclusive if it wasn’t for ps4 compatibility being added.
