dan1101,

Is he now going to sue the judge for defamation?

dan1101,

Used to, now if I have a CD I just rip to MP3.

dan1101,

I’ve learned that many women are very into shoes and notice what shoes everyone is wearing.

dan1101,

The Mongols controlled Russia from around 1240 to 1481, a fairly long time. So Mongolia is entitled to the Russian lands.

dan1101,

How about coming up with new ideas? You have the money, staff, and technology to make amazing games with new gameplay ideas instead of just redoing old ones.

dan1101,

There wouldn’t be so much news if people would quit doing stuff.

dan1101,

Italian restaurant I bet. They often seem to have weird bathroom arrangements. One here has two toilets side by side with no partitions in between.

dan1101,

It’s also free on Prime Gaming right now. Microsoft store key IIRC.

dan1101,

I haven’t played the new one but the graphics are a huge upgrade. The player shooter thing in the original 2600 version is a plain rectangle.

dan1101,

I had a big cassette organizer. Later CD wallets.

CDs were so much better than cassettes. But as soon as I could get an MP3 player in the mid 1990s I was over CDs forever. The first car MP3 player I had was a dock for a computer hard drive, it had a faceplate that displayed file info and a knob to select songs/folders.

dan1101,

I had a double-sided suitcase type thing with slots for the cassette cases, it must have held 50 at least. That was on my car

And a wooden rack in the house that held dozens. I still have it and the cassettes in a closet somewhere.

Israeli troops shoot and kill a Palestinian shepherd reading the Quran on his land (www.haaretz.com)

Three soldiers pounce on a shepherd sitting outside his sheep pen. They knock him over and then one of them shoots him to death at point-blank range. Fakher Jaber, a father of four, was suspected of involvement in an incident that probably never happened...

dan1101,

The quoted article is a bit short on details of what the shepherd was supposed to have done.

dan1101,

If the mute button doesn’t work I just go to other stations next time. Some of the gas stations around here have gotten rid of the ads.

dan1101,

I’m assuming least some of the ad revenue would go to the station owner. But I bet it often turns out to be less money than they had expected.

dan1101,

If you want to live in a big ditch go ahead.

dan1101,

They should at least give the option for friend groups to play without anticheat.

dan1101,

UT2004 was so good. So smooth and so much replayability, and then add mods and it’s even better.

dan1101,

Yeah that’s best case scenario at this point. But after they forced users to agree to a new agreement with their remote control or no longer be able to use their Roku/TV I sort of doubt they have our best interests in mind.

dan1101,

Spend more money, that will make people like our games!

dan1101,

The Arma 3 parent company did make VBS for military training. But that was a separate product.

dan1101,

That doesn’t seem like a good reason to stop deforestation efforts.

dan1101,

Which is a good thing, just the way it’s harvested is the bad thing. Otherwise they will just figure out how to make it from plastic. Surprised that isn’t already a thing.

dan1101,

Buy more studios and release more mediocre games, that’s gotta work eventually.

dan1101,

You can grow without being hostile and negative. Start your own studios, make innovative games, compete with quality not acquisitions.

dan1101,

That’s what we need more of, ideas. AAA games have better tech than ever, but the corporate overlords just want to make the same games over and over and water them down to appeal to the widest audience.

dan1101,

I know a kid that is really into multiplayer Minecraft on Xbox and he is always after his parents for more Xbox cards so he can buy different skins and texture packs. Servers like Cubecraft and The Hive must be making a lot of money.

dan1101,

If we can’t see games on boobs and butts then what are we even doing here?

dan1101,

Unless it’s some rich guy diving into them like a Scrooge McDuck money pit.

dan1101,

This gives me hope that all gamers won’t just roll over and take it. But Capcom could react in different ways, they could do better or they could just quit releasing games on Steam. Wonder if they have already asked if Steam could disable reviews for them?

dan1101,

Good point, also there are more PC games and they are usually cheaper.

dan1101,

I think PC gaming is bigger and more popular than ever, but you don’t need to upgrade as often anymore and there are probably too many games on the market.

dan1101,

Same, they seem like a good price/specs combination but not letting FB spy in return for using a hardware device.

dan1101,

Gallon ziplock freezer bags save a lot of freezer food for me.

dan1101,

All you need is a hammer and duct tape.

dan1101,

Double insurance rates don’t qualify?

dan1101,

I’m gonna buy one for $5 5 times. Beating the system score one for the little guy.

dan1101,

They could come up with some sort of plan to transition them to other jobs like public works or other state-operated services. At least there would be a lawful path for the honest people to follow.

dan1101,

Wildlands is one of my favorite games. Breakpoint sucked at first aside from the map. But after player outcry they added a lot of good gameplay options and game modes to Breakpoint. It’s decent now.

Let’s hope they learned their lesson on this game. Ha! But I hope so.

dan1101,

The court rulings better cover every way Apple could avoid compliance.

dan1101,

People keep coming up with new ways to bypass it and MS keeps coming up with new passive-aggressive ways to stop them. They won’t just fully say you gotta log in, they have to be sneaky about it.

dan1101,

People would do it. Join us, it’s bliss!

dan1101,

That’s what I’m hoping for fingers crossed.
