A few years back, some log cabin Republicans walked beside a sports car in the Austin Pride Parade. You could tell exactly where they were because the crowd fell silent as they passed. It was cool hearing the silence move down the street, nobody booed we just ignored them.

There have been members of the community aligned with the far right for a long time. There was even a hugh ranking gay nazi that worked for Hitler before he outlived his usefulness and IIRC ended up in a concentration camp.

There are even public schools still using corporal punishment, although the school has to have approval from the parents.

That would lead to false charges against political opponents or lead to laws that declare certain things as a felony to prevent certain populations from office.

If he was found guilty of a crime, couldn’t he then be removed from office? The Constitution says that they “shall hold their Office during Good Behavior”. Surely being convicted of a crime would be the opposite of “Good Behavior” and disqualify them from office.

Don’t forget we are only 21 years since SCOTUS ruled against the state of Texas and overturned the anti-sodomy laws in the US. Those laws are still on the books and the current Attorney General has said that he will enforce them should Lawrence v TX be overturned.

There are also a lot of gay conversion camps in the state using electrodes and other means of physical, emotional, and sometimes sexual abuse to pray the gay away.

The Girl Scouts started accepting boys years before the boy scouts started accepting girls around 10 6 years ago.

They had boys and girls in different tents to prevent them from having sex. I’m not sure how they deal with lgbt scouts.

Edit: Boys Scouts first allowed girls into Venturing, a program for those 14-21st birthday. Girls were allowed into Boy Scout troops and in Cub Scouts in 2018.

Cis boys aren’t allowed in Girl Scouts.

Boy Scouts can join a troop at 10 and age out at 18. It’s not uncommon for high schoolers to begin experimenting sexually.

Further there’s also a branch of Boy Scouts called Venturing that is co-ed where participants age out at 21.

Teenagers are full of hormones through puberty and many begin experimenting. Boy Scouts don’t age out until they are 18.

Not only separate tents, but the boys’ tents are grouped together and girl tents are grouped together with the adult tents in between those two groups. There also must be at least 1 adult of each sex.

The courts are going to continue allowing himself to funnel money to campaigns.

In a way yes, NPR talked about a study where conservative brains have a bigger fear center in the brain. There were a lot of cool distinctions made between conservatives and liberals in their brains and behavior patterns.

Republicans are good about showing up to every election and vote all the way down the ballot, which helps them pack the courts. They can then do things like this to give their party a better chance at winning an election.

Unfortunately, Honey I shrunk the kids is no more and I heard that they are getting rid of A Bugs Life (although that might just be a retheme)retirement.

The Star Tours ride moves around while you’re in it and the Avatar ride moves and puffs smells while you fly on the back of the flying dragon animals, but I think that’s the closest experience to 4D now.

Yes, Star Tours has changed. A friend rode it back to back like 6 times and only repeated a couple scenes. The ride has multiple scenes to choose from the prequels, OT, and sequels and it’s all randomized.

Read up on Genie Plus, they now have a system where you can get a virtual queue starting at 7 AM on the app that will give you a time window to join a ride (kinda like Fast Pass). Then you have to wait a certain amount of time to join another virtual queue. Some rides, like Tron and Guardians of the Galaxy, are virtual queue only. There is also Lighning Lane, that costs around $16 and let’s you basically skip the line.

I think there’s even a way to link everyone’s accounts together so that you can select the virtual queue or lightning lane for everyone. You definitely can link accounts, so that all your pictures are pushed to everyone’s account. If a picture doesn’t show up from a ride, you can tell them the date, time, and a description of people in the group and they can normally find you and send the pictures into your Disney experience app I hope y’all have a great trip!

I know, his mental state hasn’t been very good at any point in his campaigning. I remember seeing a speech of his that interrupted some TV programming shortly after he became president and it was just mindless rambling. I have ADHD and I couldn’t even follow it, it was so bad.

Not just 80s, Lingo was a popular game show that aired in the 2000s and (from what I heard from a redditor a couple years back) still airs in some countries. Wordle is a rip-off of Lingo.

Currently servers are currently paid minimum $2.13/hour. If they don’t make enough after tips to equal minimum wage over a pay period ($7.25/hour), then the restaurant is required to pay them up to that minimum wage.

Labor costs for servers, bartenders, and others caught in this legal loophole would have to increase by 7-fold to get up to $15/hour. Many restaurants and bars wouldn’t be able to afford that large of an increase without raising prices, given that many have a profit margin between 3-6% per several sources.

There have been some restaurants that have raised wages closer to $15/hour with varying success, but that hasn’t caught on widely yet.

Saying grace is a prayer that the food would be nourishing and asking God to bless it so that it won’t make you sick. The practice originated back in a time when food poisoning was much more common.

So since they didn’t bless the food somehow the devil gets it.
