anyway, this conversation has been incredibly stupid, and your oddly strong opinion about what is and isn’t an FPS is not even based on any facts. Fallout:NV does indeed allow you to shoot at things from the first person perspective, and however small part of the game it might be for you, the fact you can do that, does make it, in part, a first person shooter - whether you like it or not. And if somebody doesn’t like first person shooters, there’s a high likelihood they won’t enjoy modern Fallout games either. this said I’m out, I’ve got better things to do than arguing about “objectivity” in definitions of video game genres lmao

if you have a folder of AI generated CP and put in a couple of pictures of actual CP it’s going to muddle the case as the offender could claim all of them are simply AI generated. Real harm could go unnoticed if those two were to be treated differently.

Additionally, not every offender will stop at AI generated images, and if their curiosity becomes enough they could go on to want to experience “the real thing”.

disliking =/= hating

i dislike most rap music, which means i don’t actively look for that genre of music to listen to it, but i won’t burst into flames if a friend of mine puts some rap in the queue at the party, and i won’t complain about it (unless they’ve been hogging the queue with non stop 3h of rap, then i will complain)

i hate dishonesty and manipulation, if i spot it i’ll instantly feel a surge of intense negative emotions and a strong repulsion to whoever was dishonest or manipulative (relative to the offence of course, lying about eating the snack i was saving vs lying about idk being faithful don’t prompt the same reaction)

i don’t think you can really hate any genre of music or particular band, as the other person said, proclaiming yourself a “hater” of a popular genre or group is just contrarianism for contrarianism’s sake, 5 years down the line it’ll stop being cool to hate on that music and that’s when you stop “hating” them
