Yeah, I thought that was so cool when I played it the first time. Gives you some insight into how the neutral parties went about trying to live their lives.
Although I really liked the story in TIE Fighter too with slowly beating back the rebellion while also trying to prevent internal sabotage and spies from stealing the TIE Defender.

Sure, but what the hell happens to charismatic in this situation? Does that get shortened too, so now we’ve got people saying “Yo Zendaya is totally rizzmatic!”. Or does everyone just need to re-arrange all sentences that would use charismatic so that only the noun form gets used and we avoid ever having to use it as an adjective?
I played through it mostly fine about 2 months ago. My PC is pretty beefy, and I had random lock ups (from what I know of Helldivers on AMD cards now, I’m going to guess it was the Global Illumination setting being enabled), but I was able to put in good 3 and 4 hr sessions.
I’ve got a 5800x3d with 7900xt on Arch Linux (btw) running KDE Plasma in Wayland. The only 2 games I’ve had lock up my system in the last year since I’ve owned the video card is Jedi Survivor and Helldivers 2, so my assumption is that they share some kind of bad call to the card somewhere.
And yeah, as far as the stingray shit goes, you’re not the first person to question their commitment to stick with it.
Joe Biden said on Wednesday that he is considering a request from Australia to drop the decade-long US push to prosecute the WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange for publishing a trove of American classified documents.
If the options are “pardon” and “not pardon”, “not pardon” just means he stays in that exact same precarious situation. At least a pardon stands to change it, with the added benefit of being morally correct.
He’s not doing much inside Russia one way or another. At least a pardon gives him a way out. And if he gets sent to a gulag, that’s not on whoever pardoned him. That’s on whoever sent him to the gulag.
I keep my thermostat at 15 C all winter because that’s as low as it will go. I can assure you “most people” are not comfortable at 15 C. My sample set is “every person that ever visits my flat during winter”, and “every person” complains about how cold it is.
Is it just this, and when you want a better machine in the future you’re going to build a whole new one? If you’re planning on upgrading, which components?
Basically, what I see with what you’ve got is a $400 worth of CPU and mobo, and not even a $400 graphics card. Your gpu is going to be your bottleneck on this system. Your CPU can handle way more than what that GPU is going to push. If you’re planning on upgrading GPUs in a year or so, then this is a good $600 base build to drop a $1000 video card into in a years time. But if you do that you’ve gotta figure out what you’re doing with the old card, and that’s a lot of money to drop on a GPU that’s from the previous generation while also knowing you’re going to replace it.
If you’re happy with the GPU and it’s going to be your primary card for the next 2-3 years, then you can save some more money by building an AM4 system instead of AM5. A 5600-5800 would pair nicely with the 6800 GPU.
Yeah, if you’re planning on doing quick swap CPU and GPU upgrades, you’ll definitely get 5 years out of it. If that’s the plan, AM5 was the right move.
Also, 2 weeks ago Last Epoch disabled family account sharing because it was being abused for real money trading:
We have unfortunately had to disable family sharing on Steam for Last Epoch.
This feature enabled the use of significant RMT (Real Money Trading) and Botting options, and was removing our ability to ban/remove accounts, faster than they could share them with their entire networks.
I don’t think any one specific thing is responsible for this change, but the 5 account limit seems like it would certainily be a welcome change for the Last Epoch devs.
I feel like this is how it should work all the time for account related “exploits”.
If you’re willing to fuck with your firewall settings every time you want to play the game just to pay for one game license instead of two, fine. You payed for the game with intelligence and frustration instead of money.
I’ve used the command line on my Mac 8~9 times and sometimes on windows and that’s it.
Then Arch probably shouldn’t be your starting point. If you’re really insistent, then you also need to be patient. You need to learn a lot, and will definitely need to read. It’s like not knowing how to drive and wanting to drive an F1 car. There’s knowledge and experience you need to have before getting behind the wheel, but if you’re okay with crashing a lot then go for it.
What pissed me off is that in a time travel movie where the end is also the beginning, the climax should be the opening scene again (the theater assault) but now viewed with more information showing how the whole loop tied up.
Instead we just got some bang bang explosion shit because someone gave Nolan too big of a budget and he he was damn determined to use it after being inspired by his rewind button on his VCR.
